A small number of users may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain light patterns or backgrounds on a computer screen or while using the website. Certain conditions may induce previously undetected epileptic symptoms even in users with no history of such symptoms. Consult your physician prior to use of the services if you have had any of these symptoms and discontinue use of the services immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation or involuntary movements or convulsions.

You agree to protect and fully compensate the CTR Parties from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable solicitor’ fees) arising from your use of the Information and/ or Services, of violation of the Terms and Conditions by you or any other user of your account (whether authorized or not).
