- Conduct financial and tax due diligence during the company acquisition process.
- Work on corporate reorganisations.
- Prepare and submit advance tax clearance applications to HMRC.
- Draw upon their knowledge of international tax, including Corporate Interest Restriction rules, Hybrid Mismatch rules, and double tax relief.
- Liaise with HMRC relating to corporation tax enquiries.

- Planning, managing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Leading projects and offering supervision to more junior members of the firm.
- Reporting directly to client partners.
- Offering as-needed advice and guidance to clients on request.
- Building relationships and helping to grow the firm’s client base.
