Job description
This mid-tier firm offers you autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with the firm’s tax partner. This firm has a business plan in place to grow the tax team over the next 5 years. This is an excellent time for an ambitious manager to join and advance to a senior manager position.
The role will involve you providing tax advisory and compliance services to a range of entrepreneurial clients in various sectors. In addition to the technical work, you will build effective relationships with clients, get involved in client pitches (assisting with the preparation of presentations, etc.), and work closely with partners.
The business case exists (given the growth and plans) for more senior staff. This position is ideal for someone who feels frustrated by the lack of opportunity in their present firm and would like to advance. It would also appeal to someone in a more prominent firm that wants to be more than just another foot soldier.
